Potamotrygon Leopoldi sp. are hybrid stingrays consisting of Black Diamond mixed with other dark based stingrays. They come from premium breeding stock and are bred for their large and unique spots. 
 
Stingrays in the family Potamotrygonidae are all freshwater and bottom-dwelling fish that feed on insects, fish, snails and crustaceans.
