  • My fish arrived dead. Can I get a refund?

  • Can I special order for a specific fish?
    Chances are if it’s out there we can certainly get it but is not guaranteed. We will try our best to make it happen! Use our form located on the Contact Us page for special fish inquiries using the headline “Pre-order - (enter fish type here)”. For most pre-orders we do ask for a 25% deposit of the total for special requests. In the event that we are unable to acquire and complete the special fish request, we will gladly refund you the full deposit. Please keep in mind that each state has specific rules as to what you can and cannot have. Please make sure to check with your state and local Wildfish for more information.
  • The fish is not compatible with my other fish. Can I exchange or get a return?
    No. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or returns on fish due to tank compatibility. We recommend you do your research on the fish before placing an order.
  • Do you have a physical location?
    Yes, we do have a physical location! At this time we only do showings through appointment. Use our form located on the Contact Us page in order to schedule a time and date for showings using the headline “schedule a showing”.
  • Can I make a change to my order?

  • Do you offer local pickup?
    Yes, we offer local pickup! We are located in Sheboygan, WI. During order placement, make sure to add a note to the order stating: “local pickup”. Use our form located on the Contact Us page in order to schedule a time and date for pickup using the headline “(enter your order # here) schedule local pickup”.
  • Why has my order not shipped? It has been several days.
    We value our customers and will do our best to ship out the order as soon as possible. Currently, order processing time is scheduled for 1-2 business days. Also, we only ship on Monday – Wednesday and do not ship on weekends for the sake of the fish. If you have any questions, please feel free to message us using the form located on the Contact Us page.
  • What is your order processing time?

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
    At this moment we do not ship outside of 50 U.S. states, but feel free to sign up for email notifications for any future updates!
  • Do you sell Saltwater fish?
    We do not sell Saltwater fish nor will we in the future so feel free to shop our variety of Freshwater fish.
